The first Power Rankings of February are here and holy JUMPINNNN we’ve got a mix up. Before you come at the king about these rankings, realize this. You ever seen the NHL on NBC power rankings???? It’s all about who’s HOT, and who’s NOT,.. it’s not based on standings. So if a team if wheelin’ as of late, they’ll get a bump. So if you don’t read this part of the post, then see where you’re ranked and don’t like it and fire shots at me? I’ll bury you. Trust me you have no chance. If you come at the King, you better come correct.

A fun one week in the number one spot for the Little Hoyas, but they drop back to number two after a 1-0-1 week which saw them tie Bullis….ya, you can’t do that if you want to be #1. They finished it up with a trouncing of A level St Stephens St Agnes in an IAC contest.

The Eagles are dropping a bit due to, quite frankly, some hot teams in front of them. I get it, they shouldn’t get punished this bad for losing to the #2 team at the time. They followed up that loss with a win in DC over St Albans last night.

In their last four, O’Connell sits at a 1-1-2 record and only 3-3-3 in MAPHL league play. They have an insanely deep lineup and a ton of skill, they just need it all to start clicking if they wanna make a run at an MAPHL and WCAC title.
